We like to recommend our customers to move anything covering the vents prior to their appointment. If there is something too heavy our technicians can take care of it. The customer does not have to be inside the house while we clean especially if they are sensitive to sound. However, it is perfectly safe to be inside while we are cleaning. If you have any pets we don't mind saying hello but due to the loud nature of our equipment, it's best to place them in a specific room and notify the technicians to do that room last. The only type of duct we do not clean is vinyl. This is typically found in older homes built around the early 1900's or prior, and the only way to ensure no damage is to completely replace it. We do require our customers to have working electricity since we do have to plug in our HEPA filtered vacuum. If you would not like to have the botanical disinfectant spray done, please notify us prior.
